Pre-installation Consultancy

An experienced consultant is available to help you assess the full impact of installing the product and to plan changes required.

Onsite Training

Training is an integral part of the installation and continued best practice for users who utilise ICNet.

We have a dedicated team of accredited trainers (TAP) who come onsite to give personal and bespoke training appropriate to the teams needs.

It is usually formed as part of an installation contract or an annual licence. We do encourage at least annual training to cover staff turnover and new version updates.

Online Training

With the constraints on a modern Infection Control Team it is not always possible to take the time needed for effective training.

ICNet International is delighted to offer its customers the ability to attend its specific training courses online as well as the usual face-to-face meetings. These are with accredited trainers who not only help you to learn about the product but also how to use the features of the software more efficiently.

TAP

We are able to provide the highest level of service as ICNet International uses Trainer Assessment Programme (TAP) priniciples and our trainers are TAP certified. This is the recognised IT trainer’s best practice qualification.
