ICNet has concluded a joint venture in China with the owners of a very successful Medical Sofware Company in Chengdu who already supply over 400 Hospitals with Laboratory and HIS systems.  The picture shows the chairmen of the two companies Mr Brian Liao and Mr Michael Houghton following completion of negotiations. We are pleased to report that the ICNet China Offices were not materially effected by the recent earthquake.
