    ICNet Software is provided to the local hospital team through a web browser. The software and hospital owned hardware on which the software is hosted, is managed by the ICNet team through a remote connection (NHS net connection is used in UK)
  • Pre-installation consultancy
    An experienced consultant is available to help you assess the full impact of installing ICNet and to plan changes required.
  • Installation configuration and testing
    Installation is straight forward, but assistance may be required with configuration, testing and setting up the parameters with local look-up (master) tables.
  • Integration
    ICNet should be integrated with your microbiology, patient administration, theatre and pharmacy computer systems. Practical help and consultancy is available.
  • On-site training
    One to one training for basic operations, reporting, import and export, systems management and statistical analysis.
  • Manuals and documentation
    User manuals and explanatory documentation provided upon implementation, along with system management guidance.
  • Annual support contract
    Professional user support service is available through telephone, email and online discussion forums (for use by registered users only).
  • User conferences
    All aspects of ICNet are covered at regional and national conferences.
